Dear Amir,
have you tried with Data Explorer from AB Sciex?
Once you perform baseline correction, peak peaking, deisotoping etc, from 
the edit menu select copy->mass list. Then you will have your peaks m/z 
data stored in your clipboard and you can paste them anywhere (e.g., 
notepad txt file).
