Thanks Joe, I was at ssh but, after reading similar issues I installed it on my linux laptop.
First installed linux version whcih did throw plenty of errors. The error that I am stuck at is $ wine ./msconvert LC20071019_S_18mix7_02.RAW wine: Bad EXE format for X:\home\software\msconvert.. ************************************************ Then I installed Windows version to try .exe. As you pointed out, running wine did opened up a window.
