Der all, i am new to TPP tools i was trying to make spectral library from the search results of X!Tandem and getting some error the erroe message is *CREATE: Libraries to be imported have mixed formats. Exiting.* i checked many times my process of processing till peptide prophet all was well but when i go with spectraST it just allways displays this error.
