Hello Xiao, What is the error message that you get when you try the conversion to mzXML? What type of system are you using? Be advised that the conversion can only be done in a Windows environment.
The TPP-bundled executable 'msconvert' is reportedly able to convert to/from the .ms2 format to other open formats, such as mzXML, but we have not tried it.
