Hello, Xinteract is a wrapper utility that runs several commands of the TPP in a pipeline fashion. You can view its usage and options by simply typing "xinteract" into a command window (the same is also true for most other TPP components). You can also find more information in the README(.txt) file that is included with the distribution, or on our wiki.
The TPP reads and writes its analysis results in the well-documented pepXML and protXML open formats, which means that any other software that can read these formats should be able to process TPP-generated results.
