Hi there, Just wondering if anybody out there has used the TPP's browser interface on Compute Canada's WestGrid Bugaboo servers? I've uploaded all my files (mzMLs, tandem parameter files and sequence DBs) to the folder on this server from my window's based computer, and when I launch a database search, my batch is queued and (apparently) run, but I never get the pepXML files copied to my root directory :-( I was hoping to use this interface just like I do on my local computer, but obviously, something is not working. I have the impression there might be directory/path issues related to the parameters path. Are this the same for windows and linux versions of the TPP? Has anybody out there used this interface before, I'm pretty sure 2 minute troubleshooting will get me out of this! Thanks TPP community! Alex
