Hello, Group I'm building a spectral library using TPP pipeline. I've finished mzxml conversion, database searching, pepxml conversion, prophet analysis and now I'm stuck at the final stage where I need to use spectraST to build library.
The error message I got is "peptide has unknown modification". Any suggestions on how to correct this?
