Hi everyone, I would like to remind you all of the 5-day TPP course we will hold in Seattle July 8-12. There is still room to sign up. Please see here to get more information and sign up:
http://www.proteomecenter.org/nav.course_2013-7.php Also, I would like to announce that we will hold a slightly compressed 4-day version of the course September 10-13 in Yokohama, Japan right before the HUPO World Congress. If you are traveling to HUPO anyway, or if Japan is easier to get to than Seattle, consider attending that course. Please see here to get more information and sign up: http://www.proteomecenter.org/nav.course_2013-9.php Please let me know if you have any questions about the courses. We will focus on the use of our open-source software tools for the analysis, validation, storage and interpretation of data obtained from large-scale quantitative proteomics experiments and methods, multi-dimensional chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry. Through daily lectures and hands-on tutorials, course participants should become proficient in the use of these tools, including PeptideProphet, iProphet, ProteinProphet, and other components of the TPP. We will show how you can use Amazon Web Services cloud computing to expand your computing capacity via the TPP. There will also be instruction on using other SPC resources such as PeptideAtlas, SRMAtlas, PIPE2, and related tools and other software packages. More information and registration is available at: 5-day course at ISB in Seattle July 8-12: http://www.proteomecenter.org/nav.course_2013-7.php There will likely also be a 4-day course in Yokohama, Japan Sep 10-13 immediately prior to the World HUPO Congress. Registration for that course is not yet open. Regards, Eric -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "spctools-discuss" group.
