I have a question related to Proteome Discoverer 1.3 software from Thermo. Is it possible to perform the Quantification without searching? That means if I have already searched my files, is it possible to perform directly the quantification with this searched files? It would be great because it would save a lot of time if you can have a first look to the identified peptides and if it´s interesting then to quantify the peptides. I hope somebody can help me.
