I realize that there has been people post this problem before, but I just
don't know whether my problem is related to the newest version of TPP and
JRE, so I decide to make a new post. My apology if this is redundant.
version of TPP:4.6.2, JAVA: Jre7 in win7 x64

I did download the required jars from this achieve:

jcommon-0.9.0.jar
jfreechart-0.9.15.jar
jfreechart-0.9.20.jar
jrap.jar
jscicore.jar
log4j-1.2.8.jar
tar.jar
trove.jar
all JARs were copied and pasted into C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\lib
then I gave the Qualscore another try, but the error still appeared.
Any guestions?
