Hello. One of our users is performing an iCAT experiment and processing the results though TPP (version 4.6 rev 2). Everything goes smoothly except when the user clicks on the interact.prot.xml file, the ASAP and XPRESS ratios are not shown for the protein groups.
By clicking on the "Filter / Sort / Discard checked entries" button, the information appears for each group. The user's rather miffed by this extra step and would prefer to have the XPRESS & ASAP ratios reported by default as in previous version of the TPP. I know this is not a big deal (probably not even a bug) but "mine is not to question why". Does anyone know of a way to make reporting the ratios the default behavior with iCAT data?
