Hello, I've tried running peptideProphet (TPP v.4.6.2 installed on Linux Centos Server) on a ms-gf+ pep.xml (converted from mzId using idconvert, proteoWizard) and get the following error :
*running: "/import/bc2/soft/app/TPP/4.6.2/Linux/bin/PeptideProphetParser 'interact.pep.xml'"* * (MS-GF+)* *error: engine MS-GF+ not recognized* * * *command "/import/bc2/soft/app/TPP/4.6.2/Linux/bin/PeptideProphetParser 'interact.pep.xml'" exited with non-zero exit code: 256* *QUIT - the job is incomplete* The Release Notes of TPP v.4.6.2 say ms-gf+ should be supported, but the Release Notes of TPP v. 4.6.3 also list ms-gf+ support under the header Improvements/Changes. Do I need to upgrade to v. 4.6.3 ? cheers -Erik -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "spctools-discuss" group.
