Up until now I have mainly been using TPP on the cloud and utilizing a modified version of the tandem parameters file. I recently discovered that the TPP traditionally uses a z-score parameters file along with and input file which to me appears to have almost all of the same components as the tandem parameters file that I have been using. My tandem parameters file seems to have worked fine so far so I'm wondering if someone could explain to me which one is more acceptable and what the key differences are if any exist.
