Hello All, I am trying to convert omssa XML file to .pep.xml format using omssa2pepXML.exe and getting some error, unable to figure out what is the problem, also i tried to convert the ASN Binary and ASN Text file obtained from OMSSA on same dataset by using flags [-asn] [-asntext] and again got the similar error message.
Currently using omssa-2.1.9.win32. I am pasting below 1 of the error message i got while converting omssa xml to pep.xml.
