Dear all, I need to get the intensity values for peaks with defined m/z values at various retention times from hundreds of thermo RAW file. I am thinking to convert the RAW files into mzxml files, and then extract these values from the mzxml files. I tried to open a mzxml file with excel and to display the xml table.
There are some valuable informations in the table, such as peakscount, the peak with smallest m/z, the one with largest m/z and the one with strongest intensity. Is there a way to display all the counted peaks with their m/z and intensity values?
