Hello.

I've got a bunch of Mascot search files (*.dat) that I'm trying to convert
with Mascot2XML on TPP 4.6.3.

I'm doing the conversion on a RHEL 5.1 (64bit).

Each DAT file is paired with it's corresponding MGF file.

If I issue this command:
Mascot2XML A_121105_12_ISO25_pH11.dat -nodta -notgz

And I get the following error:
filepath: /data/mgf/f/, extn: A_121105_12_ISO25_pH11

B stored as 114.535
C stored as 160.031
D stored as 115.027

I'm not sure what the problem is.
I've tried pairing the DAT files with mzXML, mzML and mgf files.
All give the same result.

Any suggestions for a work around?
Thanks in advance.
