Dear List I found a bug that xinteract (i.e. InteractParser) of release 4.7.0 crashes with any file produced by myrimatch. I could track down the problem is due to the <spectrum_query spectrumNativeID="scan=1"> attribute is parsed in a wrong way. As a workaround I found out it works by removing the spectrumNativeID attribute with 'sed' from the pepXML. Can anyone confirm?
