Dear TPP'ers,

In older TPP versions (<4.7.1) when one would click on the protein
accession in PepXML viewer, a second tab would open displaying a protein
coverage map with ALL of the identified peptides. This functionality seemed
to be lost on my install of linux-TPP4.7.1. The release notes for 4.8.0 say
"Added option to display all peptides in single page (like old viewer)."
which I thought would restore this functionality. However, this does not
seem to be fixed in my version of 4.8.0, which I installed yesterday. This
is somewhat trivial, but would be nice to have working.

Can someone confirm whether or not this is working on their machine? Is
there something simple that I'm missing?

Sincerely,
Adam Oberstein
