Hi all, I'm currently running TPP v4.7 with Comet Version 2014.01 rev. 0
When running a .mzml file converted via Ms Convert from a Thermo .RAW-file, I get the follwing error: Comet version "2014.01 rev. 0" Search start: 01/28/2015, 04:22:17 PM - Input file: CUPro02488.mzML - Load and process input spectra Error - calloc(pdTempRawData[110704]). Error - calloc(pdTmpFastXcorrData[93904]). command "c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\comet -Pd:/TPP-Data/Data/Comet/comet.params.high-high-AGB -Dd:/TPP-Data/Data/Sequences/HUMAN_DECOY.fasta CUPro02488.mzML" failed: Operation not permitted Calling comet in the command line causes the same erros. I already limited the number of spectra searched at once as mentioned in a previous comment regarding the Comet engine. Other searches using Comet worked and I cannot see what is causing this error. i would aprreciate any help on this subject.
