Hi Everyone,
When I try to run the TPP pipeline using X!tandem on Qexactive dataset
I get the following error during the conversion of xtan files to
raw.pep.xml. Some files dont have this issue and are searched sucessfully.
RawData]$ Tandem2XML IPAS_0516_HCD_TCE_SG66to68.xtan.xml
IPAS_0516_HCD_TCE_SG66to68.raw.pep.xml
IPAS_0516_HCD_TCE_SG66to68.mzXML(1) : error 4: Syntax error parsing XML.
Any sugessions will be highly appreciated.
