Hi there, I have 2 problems.
First, I got ~.dat files in mascot search with decoy DB. But I have run TPP, the result files are not opened all. How can I get result with decoy? Second, I got ~.sqt files in IP2 (sequest). But I ran web base-TPP with sequest mode, cannot find it convert to pepxml. How can I do?
