Hi TPP group. I am analyzing my data (MGF spectra and custom database) with Tandem and Libra. These spectra are originally in MGF format and I have convert to mzML with MSconvert of ProteoWizard. However, I have not achieved Libra quantification. I have only achieved to use with success Tandem and PeptideProphet. When I utilized Libra only get errors. This appears to be because Libra don´t recognize the spectra. You could say me how convert these spectra for Libra quantification. Thanks.
