Dear All, I would like to ask help on obtaining the protein FDR using TPP. I have searched my raw data using Mascot against Swissprot Human database (06_2015). I then converted my .dat to pepxml and run the MAYU, but there's no result. This is my first time to use TPP, and I'm still not familiar with the software. Any help will be much appreciated.
