Hi, We are noticing strange spectrum format in *.pep.xml during Mascot2XML processing in our pipeline.
Please suggest what might be wrong as per this situation (b)... a) So, normally if sample name is "*EL1111_Kin_Band1.5336.5402.2*" spectrum format in pep.xml is <spectrum_query spectrum="*EL1111* *_Kin_Band1.5336.5402.2*" b) But for some sample we are noticing the spectrum format as "Day_Mon_Time_YY..." as below... which is impacting further analysis.
