Dear TPP team, I'm trying to run PTM Prophet on phosphopeptides fractions which are itraq-labeled and getting constantly this message: "WARNING: Unrecognized mod on peptide". In Ptm Prophet, I select: STY, 79.966 C 45.987721 (which is carbothiol) M 15.994915 Is this correct? As I understood from the other topics these mods are not supported yet and they are not incorporated in PTM Prophet. Could you please help me with that? I would be extremely gratefull!
