Hi all, the GalaxyP project [1] is aiming in integrating proteomics tools into Galaxy and hereby building a bridge to NGS, RNA and Imaging tools. During this work we created relocatable binaries for TPP to make it as easy as possible to install TPP into Galaxy.
You can find them here: https://depot.galaxyproject.org/package/linux/x86_64/tpp/tpp-4.8.0-Linux-x86_64.tar.gz This was compiled on an old stable debian system and tested on various HPC environments, so we hope this will also work in your environment.
