Dear David,
I have found out TPP4.8.0 also have "Segmentation fault" problem when I run
iprophet to merge my 24 peptideprophet outputs. (I used default p=0.05 in
peptideprophet step.)
I have checked the tail of each peptideprophet output, they have no error.
Now I am try another round with p=0 in peptideprophet.
I attach the 24 peptideprophet outputs, can you please take a look?
