Hi David, Thanks for the file. But I have already merged my files in TPP 4.6.0. But my problem now is proteinprophet in TPP 4.6.0. It failed to merge 12 iprophet files, or even 8 iprophet files. Can you please also share a 64-bit proteinprophet wtih me?
