I have some TMT10plex mass spec data, and like to analyze them
with LIBRA in TPP. However, only condition.xml for TMT6plex file is
available in current TPP. Does anyone know where I can get the
condition.xml file for TMP10plex to run LIBRA in TPP? Or give me
instructions to create the condition.xml file?
