Having trouble trying to view spectra in the pep.xml viewer from results generated using spectral library searching with spectrast. When I click on the link under the spectrum header a new tab opens, but it's just a blank screen. After a few seconds I get an error message saying plotspectrast.cgi has stopped working. The only other information that it gives is a list of files Windows think might help with the problem:
