Having an issue when I try to view the spectra from pep.xml files generated by spectral library searches with spectrast. In the pep.xml viewer when I click on the link under the spectrum header a new tab opens up, but there is just a blank screen. After a few seconds I get a message saying plotspectrast.cgi has stopped working. The only other information I could provide is that in the error message it lists other files Windows claims to help describe the problem.
