Hi, if i select Force the fitting of the mixture model option in PeptideProphet analysis, what are the caution i have consider? Is it good option for PeptideProphet when i am getting error message that WARNING: Mixture model quality test failed for charge (2+). WARNING: Mixture model quality test failed for charge (3+).
Kindly suggest is there any other option available to solve this problem?
