Hello everyone, Just a short question about the best software package/ algorithm to centroid raw files. I'm using a Q Exactive Plus to acquire raw files that will be used in SpectraST library creation. Schubert et al. (2015) recommend using qtofpicker for centroiding QTOF acquired data, but is there a recommended software package to centroid Orbitrap-acquired data or is Proteowizard's MSConvert a good choice?
