Hello, I was directed to MassWolf from a mass spec tools website, which said that MassWolf could convert Waters .raw to netCDF. Unfortunately from what I can read this does not seem to be the case.
I am trying to convert Waters data into a format that the Bruker Compass software package can read. Bruker has informed me that the best chance I have is to convert to netCDF (which they say is specifically ANDI-MS). Can MassWolf or a component of Sashimi perform this conversion, and if so which package/version? If not, can anyone that reads this thread give me any advice (perhaps if you are importing data to Compass from another vendor, or are very familiar with available Waters .raw conversion tools)?
