Hello everyone, I was wondering how does CLIPPER work (the add-on of TPP) to plot and draw the gaussian in order to determine the 3 sigma value ? What are the peptides used to that end ? Only the naturally blocked or all the iTRAQ-labelled peptides ?
Can anyone do the same analysis manually (it seems CLIPPER doesn't work with the TPP V5.0 but maybe it comes from my computer as I am not a pro ! )?
