Hi, In ProteinProphet results, *what is considered good/reliable probability* ? I am getting few hits with 1.0000 probability while several others 0.9988, 0.9986 and so on. Are these and below, good enough hits for TPP results.
Also, I dont get Xpress ratio for *all* hits with 0.9-0.9999 Probability. For eg., probability 0.9981, Xpress is n/a ? Why for some hits Xpress is not calculated by TPP ? Please advise.
