There is an issue with your comet.params file per the error message for the Comet search. Can you confirm the comet.params file is a plain text file? Also if you did any editing of this file in Word or whatever text editor you used, make sure any line wrapping is disabled. If you continue to have a problem, attach the actual comet.params file here (and not the contents opened in the Word doc). Good luck.
