When I run ProteinProphet on my PeptideProphet results (h9n2.xml) nothing seems to happen. Also, no text is shown in the executing field which makes it hard to know if anything happens at all, *see the figure below*.I have created an empty xml-file,*test.prot.xml*,for the ProteinProphet results located in the folder *pep*.
