Hi Jianqiao, although I am not 100% certain, I do not recall any SpectraST feature where it will try to match a spectrum to a library entry outside the normal tolerance window, but corrected for an alternate charge state.
This is an interesting idea for a feature, I hadn’t thought about this before. It might be successful in matching some additional spectra, at least for 2+ and 3+, which often look similar. But not yet possible. Maybe Henry can correct me or provide additional thoughts.
