I've attempted to perform a thermo RAW to mzML file conversion with the newest TPP version. I have MSFileReader installed on the system. For the installation I selected to install all dependent components, but the command returns 'C:TPP/bin/msconvert' is not recognized as an internal or external command... Previously when installing on Windows 10 using the installer.exe I did not run into this issue. Has anyone else encountered something like this?
