Thank you David, I have hundreds of raw files to be analysed but I analyze them sequentially. I don't load parallel searches. But I guess I can load Interactparser parallel since it doesn't stresses the cpu too much. Another question out of the title actually, can I command via petunia to deploy the .pep.xml files of Xtandem or comet search results to a specific folder and not to params folder?
