Hi all, I am trying to run stpeter for quantification and as it is suggested in the tutorial I use comet for database search. Everything works quite fine. However I wonder can I also use Xtandem results for stpeter? Comet is quite fast in comparison to Xtandem so is there any basic difference between these two search engines?
