Good Morning All, I've been looking around to see if there are arguments to pass to Protein Prophet that allow it to use any/all available cores on a system. So far I haven't discovered anything concrete.
Similar functionality exists for XTandem!, which has significantly sped up analysis time. I was hoping Protein Prophet had a similar capability. Thanks!
