Hi everyone,

I've recently compiled a ptm.ipro.pep.xml file from 87 pep.xml files using
the xinteract workflow. I'm running into an issue when I attempt to filter
the ptm.ipro.pep.xml file and view the resulting peptide sequences and
receive following error messages:

error with html display: XML parsing error: XML or text declaration not at
start of entity, at xml file line 2244, column 17

error with html display: XML parsing error: XML or text declaration not at
start of entity, at xml file line 3, column 0

The xml files were written and the job was completed, however I had to
terminate the process as upon refresh the output was not shown (probably
because of a server timeout?) The output file is rather large, at 3.2 GB in
size. On initial opening without selecting any filtering options the file
opens, but fails to load all entries when I apply a filter for minimum
iProphet probability or protein text. Are these errors showing up because
the viewer cannot handle the size of the file or is the file itself
corrupted? What can I do to check if it's a file issue?

Best,

Adam
