Hi David,

So now I no longer get the 'cannot open' error, but I get a segmentation
fault again. Here's what prints to stdout.

Completing 506147 prev_aa and next_aa attributes by parsing through the
database...
Replacing 35749 protein id with full ids by parsing through the database...
searching
../databases/Ehux_JGIbest_NCMC_nostar.fasta.....5%.....10%.....15%.....20%.....30%.....35%.....40%.....45%.....50%.....60%.....65%.....70%.....75%.....80%.....90%.....95%...done
Skipping .dta, .out and .tgz generation
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Here's the mzML file:  https://we.tl/t-votxgo5HOI

The .dat file is here: https://we.tl/t-kKGYJ81HbQ
<https://we.tl/t-kKGYJ81HbQ>

Hopfully we're nearly there!

Thanks,
Alastair
