Hi, I did my first TMT-zero labeling experiment and am trying to examine the labeling efficiency using PD2.4. I first set TMT label as dynamic modification and ran the analysis; then TMT as static modification and ran the analysis. Can anyone tell me which numbers I should look out for and how was my labeling experiment?
