Guillaume Rousseau twisted the bytes to say:

Guillaume> It seems that Fossology and Ninka gives different results.
Guillaume> I attached the exported BoM.

I scanned them and they look essentially the same to me. Most files are
GPLv2+. There are a couple we can't identify (unknown) and you also
have to take into consideration that ninka does not detect the actual
licence text for licenses that are typically used by reference (i.e. it
will detect that a file uses the GPLv2, but it will not identify a file
that contains the actual text of the GPLv2).

one of them has a funny license:

# This configure script is free software; the Free Software Foundation
# gives unlimited permission to copy, distribute and modify it.

and the MIT is not the "spdx" one, though.

# Permission to use, copy, modify, distribute, and sell this software and its
# documentation for any purpose is hereby granted without fee, provided that
# the above copyright notice appear in all copies and that both that
# copyright notice and this permission notice appear in supporting
# documentation, and that the name of M.I.T. not be used in advertising or
# publicity pertaining to distribution of the software without specific,
# written prior permission. M.I.T. makes no representations about the
# suitability of this software for any purpose. It is provided "as is"
# without express or implied warranty.
