I scanned them and they look essentially the same to me. Most files are
GPLv2+.  There are a couple we can't identify (unknown) and you also
have to take into consideration that ninka does not detect the actual
licence text for licenses that are typically used by reference (i.e. it
will detect that a file uses the GPLv2, but it will not identify a file
that contains the actual text of the GPLv2).

Indeed, I noticed 3 extra licenses according to fossology scan

Public Domain
I attached the BoM with Fossology License fields exported.

one of them has a funny license:

It corresponds to file generated by autoconf. This is what Fossology detect as FSF License.

and the MIT is not the "spdx" one, though.
Right.
