ok Indeed, I noticed 3 extra licenses according to fossology scan FSF GNU_Manpages Public Domain I attached the BoM with Fossology License fields exported.
It corresponds to file generated by autoconf. This is what Fossology detect as FSF License.one of them has a funny license: # This configure script is free software; the Free Software Foundation # gives unlimited permission to copy, distribute and modify it.
and the MIT is not the "spdx" one, though.
