I tried to follow the procedure listed here:

but the page does not exist.
In some packages from Tizen I am seeing code under the Flora open source
license. It might be good to add that to the list. The license text can
be found here:
http://www.tizenopensource.org/license/
An RPM containing source code under this license can be found here (size
