The previous problem has been fixed. There was a problem with the free
form text token, after fixing it some minor issues crawled up while
testing but they are all fixed now.

The code style issue has been fixed, with the exception if a few lines that
are slightly above 79 characters.

I am updating and adding docstrings as I am working.
As for a more comprehensive documentation I was thinking about wiki
pages, what do you think?
